1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, using gaming services, or accessing any part of the 888sama platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button on the registration form.

• An active email address and a valid Malaysian mobile number are required.
• Registration using another person's identity or false information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

888sama reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account restriction or closure.

2.3 Password and Security

Members are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. Passwords must be kept secure and not shared with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 888sama support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888sama accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other major Malaysian banks), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the request being approved.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. 888sama reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving large withdrawals. Any attempt to withdraw funds using a third-party method or account may result in account suspension.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

888sama offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Example: Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,488 → Wagering required: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• 888sama reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, will result in bonus cancellation.

4.3 888sama VIP Programme

The 888sama VIP Programme has three tiers based on member betting activity. Weekly cashback is given according to tier:

• 🥉 Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier advancement is determined by the member's ongoing activity and engagement on the platform. Contact support for more details on upgrade criteria.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the 888sama platform:

• Opening more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely towards the 888sama support team.

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

888sama reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating these terms without prior notice. In cases of proven violation, all balances in the account concerned, including pending winnings, may be forfeited.

5.3 Responsible Gambling

6.1 Dispute Procedure

If a member has any dispute relating to a transaction, winnings, or any aspect of the service, the matter must be reported to the 888sama support team within 7 days of the date of the incident. Disputes not reported within this period will not be entertained.

6.2 Platform Liability Limits

888sama is not liable for any indirect losses, technical failures, service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, or betting outcomes disputed on valid technical grounds. In all situations, the maximum liability of 888sama is equivalent to the value of the member's most recent deposit.

6.3 Game Results

All game outcomes on the 888sama platform, including online slots, live casino, sports and mix parlay, are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or a valid sports market system. Results finalised by the system are final and cannot be appealed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

6.4 Service Disruptions

888sama does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen external circumstances may cause temporary disruptions. We will endeavour to notify members in advance when planned maintenance is required.
